The Girty's Run Joint Sewer Authority (GRJSA) is now accepting proposals for providing engineering services for the Authority. Those services would include the appointment of the prospective firm as Retainer Engineer of Record. The annual services would include the attendance at one monthly Board Meeting. In addition, when requested, advise GRJSA on routine matters and answer all reasonable questions and requests regarding the operation of the Authority's system and related business. Requests for services requiring investigation and/or in-depth studies will be considered Project Assign- ments as described below. Project Assignments and planning module reviews will be handled on an individual basis and will require a letter of authorization from GRJSA and an agreed not to exceed price. Predictable Project Assignments will be: Annual Report as required under any existing or new bond indenture The engineering firm will prepare the Chapter 94 Reports to be submitted to ALCOSAN by March 4th and ACHD/PADEP by March 31st of each year. Chapter 94 Project assignments and Planning Module Reviews will be assigned under a supplemental agreement with a defined scope of services. Submission of any existing or future Allegheny County Health Department Consent Order Documents and/or Reports. Preparation and submission of NPDES Permit Renewals Annual CDBG Grant preparation, submissions, and site inspection Upon review the Authority will schedule individual presentations to the GRJSA Board of Directors. The Authority reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to negotiate with any prospective firm that may be selected.
