UNFs Department of Housing and Residence Life may need to supplement full-time staff in the maintenance and preparation of student rooms and other public spaces in the residential living areas. The term of this Agreement will be for an initial period of five (5) years, with an option to renew based on satisfactory performance and the written approval of both parties for one (1) additional five (5) year period. Deadline for Questions Wednesday, November 30, 2022, at 12:00 PM Response to Questions Monday, December 5, 2022 Price Escalation or De-Escalation The University will consider price escalation or de-escalation on an annual basis, prior to the University’s fiscal year end date of June, 30th of each year. For the purposes of this agreement, the first year will begin on the date of the final execution of the contract and end on 06/30/2023. The second year will begin on 07/01/2023 and ends on 06/30/2024
