Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Belle Fourche, South Dakota. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

This project will consist of furnishing and installing approximately 680 L.F. of 8 and 40 L.F. of 6 water mains, 1 fire hydrant, 300 lineal feet of water service lines, valves, fittings, sidewalk replacement, curb and gutter replacement, and asphalt concrete patching. Each bid envelope shall contain one bid proposal only and shall be marked with the words Sealed Bid DAY STREET WATER IMPROVEMENT PROJECT NO. 2022-17. All proposals shall be made on the forms furnished by the City. Each bid must be accompanied by a certified check or cashiers check drawn on a State or National Bank in the amount of five percent (5%) of the total for all schedules bid, payable to the City of Belle Fourche; or, in lieu thereof, a bid bond for ten percent (10%) of the total amount for all schedules bid issued by a surety authorized to do business in the State of South Dakota, payable to the City of Belle Fourche, as a guarantee of the bidder entering into a contract with the City for constructing the project and furnishing 100% Performance Bond and 100% Payment Bond. Bid evaluation criteria will be as set forth in the Contract Documents and Specifications. The City of Belle Fourche reserves the right to reject any or all bids. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. This project has an estimated value range of $150K-$160 K.
