If you received this solicitation from a source other than the listed Contract Officer, you must register via email kavnuk@anthc.org to receive subsequent amendments. Failure to register with the Contract Officer may result in not receiving an amendment, which may make bid non-responsive. In accordance with Section 7(b) of the Indian Self Determination and Education Assistance Act (ISDA), 25 U.S.C., 450e(b), an Alaska Native/American Indian bidder's preference will be applied in the amount of: 10% if the anticipated aggregate amount is less than $500,000.00, including all option years. Proof of preference eligibility may be required prior to award of any contract. There will be no pre-bid conference held unless extensive questions arise regarding the solicitation. If one is held, it will not be mandatory. It is anticipated the estimated cost to be between $380,000.00 to $395,000.00. Any questions regarding the bid must be in writing. Any inquiries questions concerning this project must be received seven (7) calendar days prior to deadline of bid submission to allow for responses without delaying award of a contract. Inquiries received after this time frame may not receive a response. All inquiries regarding the Scope of Work, Specifications, and/or Plans, must be submitted in writing. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
