Renovation of a mixed-use development in Lynwood, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

The District serves more than 12,800 students through 12 elementary schools, 2 middle schools, and 3 high schools. Lynwood Unified School District (District) requests that qualified firms (Respondents) which provide Energy Conservation Services for heating, ventilating, cooling and air conditioning (HVAC) equipment and related improvements. It is the Districts objective to implement a program to replace and upgrade existing HVAC equipment currentl y serving the school sites with HVAC equipment. The expectation is to reduce HVAC operations/maintenance costs with the lowest possible life-cycle costs, longest expected useful life, and high-efficiency rating (energy star).
