As of May 15, 2024, a consultant has been awarded to provide a ADMP study. The final report will be completed in the next couple of months. *The closed solicitation has been included below for reference: Silver Springs Area Drainage Master Plan (ADMP) Notice is hereby given that the Carson Water Subconservancy District, hereinafter referred to as "CWSD" is seeking contractor to conduct the Silver Springs ADMP in Lyon County, NV. CWSD invites interested firms to submit written proposals relating to this solicitation. A Screening Committee will evaluate firms' qualifications and experience with similar projects. The firm determined to be best qualified will then be invited to enter negotiations with CWSD to develop a business plan and a not-to-exceed costs. The following is a Scope of Work (SOW) for the North Silver Springs Area Drainage Master Plan (ADMP). The North Silver Springs ADMP watershed area is approximately 51 square miles and is in Lyon County near Lahontan Reservoir (Figure 1). The North Silver Springs area is currently going through the LOMR process to update the floodplain. The Carson River Subconservancy District (CWSD) anticipates that the selected engineering firm will be able to use the hydrology and hydraulics generated from the Ramsey Canyon LOMR. Lyon County is interested in reducing the number of properties/structures in the SFHA. Questions may be directed to Ed James 775-887-7450. Official questions regarding this Notice must be submitted in writing to CWSD no later than 5:00 PM on October 18, 2022. Questions may then be responded by written amendment to this document. Oral statements or instructions shall not constitute an amendment to the Notice. The Method of Contractor Selection has not been determined at this Time.
