Renovation of a residential development in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a residential development.
Contractors will be entered into a contractor pool of approved entities to perform work for ACRP. ACTION Housing will assign contractors to projects based on repair needs, contractor capacity, and reasonability of project bids. Contractors must be based in Western PA and must also be registered with the Bureau of Consumer Protection of the PA Attorney General. Compliance is required with applicable provisions of the Civil Rights Act of 1964; the Department of Labor Equal Opportunity Clause (41 CFR 60 -1.4) in accordance with the Equal Employment Opportunity Executive Order 11246 (30 FR 12319, 12935, 3 CFR Part, 1964-1965 Comp., p. 339); Davis-Bacon Act (40 U.S.C. 3141-3144, and 3146-3148); Lobbying Disclosure Act (65 Pa.C.S. 13A01 et seq.); PA Election Code Section 1641 (25 P.S. 3260a); Executive Order 11625 (Utilization of Minority Business Enterprise); Executive Order 12138 (Utilization of Female Business Enterprise); in compliance with Section 504 of Rehabilitation Act of 1973 and Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990.
