TMKs: (2)1-6-010:006 The project involves slope repairs and stabilization to a site along Hana Highway with an existing ringnet mesh drape system. The existing ringnet mesh drape system section along Hana Highway exhibit signs of moderate to severe wide-spread corrosion. The scope of work includes vegetation clearing, slope scaling, removal of corroded portions of the existing ringnet mesh system, installing a chain link mesh drape system with wire rope boundary anchors, installing stained shotcrete, BMP's, traffic control, and other incidental items. To be eligible to bid, bidders must be licensed in accordance with Chapter 444, HRS, relating to the licensing of contractors. Bid RFIs may be submitted until Monday, October 24, 2022 Contractors are hereby notified of the applicability of Section 11-205.5, H RS, which states that campaign contributions are prohibited from specified State or county government contractors during the term of the contract if the contractors are paid with funds appropriated by the legislative body.
