The project consists of various upgrading, replacing or adding of equipment to the schools theaters. This may include lighting, lighting controls, lighting equipment, sound controls, rigging and stage draperies. The Board of Education, Independent School District No. 625, Saint Paul Public Schools, will receive electronic bids for: Theater Upgrades - Multiple Sites Harding High School- 1540 6th St. E., Saint Paul, MN 55106 Highland Park High School - 1015 Snelling Avenue S., Saint Paul, MN 55116 Open World Learning Community (OWL) - 640 Humboldt Avenue, Saint Paul, MN 55117 Washington Technology Magnet School- 1495 Rice St., Saint Paul, MN 55117 Project # 0925-22-01 Bid # 23-2908 Bid Security in the amount of 5% of the total bid amount (in the form of a bid bond or cashier's check) is required for bids totaling $175,000 or more. Electronically submitted bids require a copy of the bid security to accompany submission. Original cashier's check bid security must be delivered within three (3) business days of bid opening or postmarked on or before bid opening date. Each bidder shall review the General Conditions of the Contract, Invitation To Bid Form and Contractor Verification of Compliance forms included in the project manual as noted in 1.6 D and E above, to verify eligibility for consideration under the criteria established for this project. Prospective bidders will be required to sign-in and sign-out on the attendance form and a list of the prospective bidders will be included in an Addendum. Only those organizations listed in the addendum are eligible to submit a bid. It is MANDATORY that a qualified representative from each prospective bidder's organization attends one of the two Pre-bid Conferences scheduled for this project. Each Pre-bid Conference will include a walk-through of the project. Sub-bidders are encouraged to attend.
