Project has been awarded to: M. Navarro Construction Services for $67,500. Bid Results: M. Navarro - $67,500 CMOST - $251,000 PCC - $114,119 Estimated budget: Greater than $50,000. The City of Nacogdoches is seeking bids from qualified vendors to repair and convert four (4) tennis courts into twelve (12) pickleball courts. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a Payment Bond and Performance Bond in the amount of the contract. Bidders may not withdraw their Bid Proposal within 60 calendar days of the bid opening date. Complete sets of Bidding Documents must be used in preparing Bids; the City assumes no responsibility for errors or misinterpretations resulting from the use of incomplete sets of Bidding Documents. No oral questions and other interpretations or clarification will be considered official or binding. Owner reserves the right to reject any and all Bids, to waive any and all informalities and irregularities not involving price, time, or changes in the Work and to disregard all nonconforming, non-responsive, unbalanced or conditional Bids. Owner reserves the right to reject the Bid of any Bidder if Owner believes that it would not be in the best interest of the Project to make an award to that Bidder, whether because the Bid is not responsive or the Bidder is unqualified or of doubtful financial ability or fails to meet any other pertinent standard or criteria established by Owner. Discrepancies in the multiplication of units of Work and unit prices will be resolved in favor of the unit prices. Discrepancies between the indicated sum of any column of figures and the correct sum thereof will be resolved in favor of the correct sum. The City reserves the right to enter the Project site or sites by such employee(s) or agent(s) as it may elect for the purpose of inspecting the work. The City further reserves the right to enter the Project site or sites for the purpose of performing such collateral work as the City may desire. *The list of planholders and/or interested bidders is not being tracked by the stakeholders involved with this project.
