With the exception of the fire pump controller and garage area dry sprinkler system, which were replaced since original installation, the fire protection system has reached the end of its intended life cycle. The existing system is over 25 years old and is original to the building construction. The sprinkler and standpipe systems share the same piping which has had events of leaking over the past few years. Official bid documents must be obtained from www.bgis.merx.com
