Replace both chillers for the main building. 2. Replace the chiller for the auditorium. 3. Chillers shall be provided to meet latest MSCS design guide. 4. Provide manual isolation valves for all chillers. 5. Provide motorized isolation valves to each chiller for the main building to prevent water flow when chiller is not operating. Install a bypass in the pipe. 6. All outside piping to be heat traced and weather/waterproof with metal jacket. 7. Connect each chiller to the new Siemens BAS server. 8. Demo and remove existing chillers and piping as needed. 9. Installation shall follow latest local building codes. 10. Install P/T ports and drain valves in each pipe and at the chiller. 11. Modify Electrical as needed. 12. Tag each pipe with direction of flow. 13. Provide water balance report. Gardenview Elementary School 1. Replace both chillers. 2.
