From qualified contractors for New Pickleball Courts at Firemen's Park Project. Question Cuttoff Date & Time 10/20/2022 06:00:00 PM (ET) 1. Grading of the site to prepare for fence post concrete footings and the rock subgrade for the reinforced concrete court. 2. Prior to the reinforced concrete court pavement, the fence footings, pickleball net footings, pickleball net center strap and all sleeves per the attached plans are to be installed. 3. Reinforced concrete with thickened edges per plan are to be poured for the courts. Nonreinforced concrete is to be installed for the sidewalks. 4. Expansion and contraction joints to be caulked with an exterior sealant per plan. 5. Fence posts, gates and chain link mesh to be installed prior to pickleball surface. 6. Pickleball surface to be installed after concrete has cured and per the manufacturer of the acrylic court surfacing system specifications of the awarded bid, requirements and test methods to determine when the concrete slab is ready to be surfaced. 7. Once surfacing has been completed and determined by installer to be playable, the pickleball net posts and netting will be installed. 8. Inspections will be conducted throughout the construction process.
