The City of Houston (City), through its Housing and Community Development Department (HCD) is seeking qualified non-profit agencies and City of Houston departments to acquire, renovate, or construct workforce training facilities through the Public Facilities Development and Renovation Program. The Program serves low to moderate-income populations located within the corporate boundaries of the City of Houston and is funded primarily under the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG). It is the responsibility of each applicant to electronically generate and examine the entire NOFA, seek clarification in writing and review their submittal for accuracy before submitting their application. All questions submitted in writing prior to the pre-application questions deadline will be answered by letter of clarification and posted on the website noted above. HCD will not be bound by any information conveyed verbally.
