Site work for a mixed-use development in Bargersville, Indiana. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and sidewalk / parking lot.
As of November 7, 2022, project was awarded AMPP Construction, awarded amount is $504,792.72. New York Street Indianapolis, IN 46214 The Project involves rebuilding approx. 3.0 miles of 1-phase 7.2kV and approx. 1.0 mile of 3-phase 7.2/12.5kV overhead distribution lines in the Bargersville Utilities service territory. While most of the Project lines are located along streets and alleys, some of the lines are in back yards. All materials shall be furnished by the Owner, except stone material for the stone backfilling of poles. All work shall be completed by May 1, 2023. Completion after the deadline will be subject to a $200/day penalty. LEGALS Bids shall conform to the requirements stated in the Information to Bidders. Bids shall include a completed Indiana State Form 96 accompanied by a certified check or bid bond of not less than ten percent (10%) of the maximum total amount of the bid. The successful Bidder shall be required to furnish a Contractor's Bond for 100% of the proposal price and a Certificate of Insurance. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive minor irregularities in bidding and bid specifications
