City of Richland, Washington is establishing the 2023/2024 list of Electrical Utility Contractors for designation as a prequalified bidder for electrical utility work, which may include Electrical Distribution (2400V - 15,000V), Electrical Transmission (52,000V - 230,000V), Electrical Substation (2400V - 230,000V), and Secondary Electrical Systems (0V to 600V). These services will be for the calendar year 2023/2024. All current 2022 Prequalified Electrical Contractors are required to submit a new application to be on the 2023 list. No new applications will be accepted until October 2023. This is not a notice of bid, but will establish a list of contractors from which future projects may be performed. The 2023 prequalified list will be made available on the City of Richland, Purchasing Division portal, in early January. The Method of Contractor Selection has not been determined at this time.
