Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Paw Paw, Michigan. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; bridge / tunnel; for paving for a bridge / tunnel; water / sewer project; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
This work consists of the determined low Bidder, or the subcontractor(s) indicated in the pass-through warranty obligation folder in the electronic bid file, providing a warranty performance bond for the warranty(ies) listed herein. Below is(are) the warranty(ies) required in this contract along with the locations where the warranty applies, and a listing of the pay items and estimated quantities associated with that warranty type. 3.51 mi of hot mix asphalt cold milling, resurfacing and reconstruction, concrete curb and gutter, storm sewer, water main and culvert replacement, ditching, sanitary sewer relocation, streetscaping, lighting, signing and pavement markings on M-40 from 72nd Avenue to south of Lagrave Street, Van Buren County. This project includes a 5 year materials and workmanship warranty. Control Sec Job No Federal No ST 80111 200641A 22A1005 TAU 80111 213171A 22A1034 Net classification required for this project is 10092 Cb or Comb/Jt. 10092 Ea, K In addition to the above minimum prequalification requirement for prime contractors this project includes subclassifications of Cb, N9-1B, N9-3A and N9-6L. If the prime contractor is not prequalified in those subclassifications it must use prequalified subcontractors. Those subcontractors must be designated prior to award of the contract to the confirmed low bidder.
