Alternate Bids shall be delivered at the same time, date, and location. If Alternate Bids change Subcontractor lists that were previously submitted, a revised Subcontractor list shall be included with the Alternate Bids indicating which Subcontractor will be used for which alternates per RCW 39.30.060. The project also includes work for support spaces associated with each of these areas. The existing building is a combination of types II-A and IV-HT construction. Any new construction will be a type II-A construction and will be classified as an I2 Occupancy. This is a phased project that will be phased in place as indicated in the Contract Documents.
