The City of Smithfield Utah has been awarded funding for water and road improvements as a sponsor for Neighborhood Nonprofit Housing Corporation and invites bids for the infrastructure of 600 E (Crow Mountain Road) approximately 700 to 800 N Smithfield. The work includes installing a new waterline from an eight-inch (8") line to a twelve-inch (12") waterline and Including road infrastructure. This includes approximately 500 linear feet of asphalt, curb, and gutter. If award is not made within 90 days of Davis Bacon Wage Decision notice, the wages are subject to change. This project is funded in whole or in part by a grant through the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) program. The contractor will be required to comply with all federal labor standards and attendance laws, including the payment of the most current Davis-Bacon wages and compliance with Section 3 to provide employment opportunities for lower income persons and small businesses.
