Site work for a mixed-use development in Pasco, Washington. Completed plans call for site work for a golf course; and water / sewer project.
This Project involves installing and connecting approximately 1,700 LF of 6 C900 irrigation pipe in the shoulder of Road 36 on the west side of the Tri-Cities airport and includes the abandonment and/or removal of the existing irrigation pipe within airport property, all in accordance with the Contract Plans, Contract Provisions, and Specifications, including WSDOT Standard Specifications for Road, Bridge, and Municipal Construction. This contract has sixty (60) working days to complete the work and the estimated cost of this project is $325,000.00. All bids must be accompanied by a Good Faith Token in the form of a Certified Check, Cashier's Check or Bid Bond in the amount of not less than 5 percent (5%) of the total bid. Question Deadline 01/02/2024 Technical questions regarding the scope of this project should be put in writing up until 72-hours prior to bid opening and directed to Ryan Mahaffey - Project Manager, City of Pasco, Public Works, 525 N. 3rd Avenue, PO Box 293, Pasco, WA 99301, Email: mahaffeyr@pasco-wa.gov. Projects funded wholly or in part by Federal appropriations must comply with Code of Federal Regulations; 24 CFR 570.502, 24 CFR 85.36, 2 CFR 200. All federally funded projects will be held to federal Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) requirements. The City of Pasco is an equal opportunity and affirmative action employer.
