(DCDC) is seeking bids for the Harney Lane Migrant Center Site and Tenant Improvements (TI s) located 14320 E. Harney Lane, Lodi, CA 95240. The Project consists of ADA Compliant designated accessible parking, rental housing asbestos abatement, deteriorated siding replacement and water intrusion repairs, substantial deterioration of the exterior siding beneath the new siding under many windows and doors indicative of water intrusion at those locations may lead to substantial damage to the framing that is not visible, painting and waterproofing exterior siding; window covering replacements as needed, fire extinguishers, carbon monoxide and smoke detectors as needed, Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) Packing Unit repairs as needed, replace the laundry room water heater, repair damaged concrete pedestrian walkways, etc. DCDC does not maintain a standard bidders/plan holders list.
