The City of Geneva is seeking proposals from qualified firms to design enhancements to the existing lakefront tunnel which runs below Routes 5 & 20 and connects the Seneca Lake shoreline to the Geneva Solar Village. At present, the tunnel is uninviting with dismal lighting, few pedestrian amenities and wayfinding signage, and a prevailing perception of a lack of safety.
