RFQ - As-Needed Professional Consultant Services - Landscape Architecture and Planning Services. The City of Westminster is seeking a qualified consulting firms for as-needed professional services. Current planning services with an emphasis on landscape modifications; assisting businesses in complying with the statewide water conservation emergency regulations. Landscape architectural plan checking and inspections. Landscape architectural design firms to be selected as preferred vendors for landscape design consultation by applicants. Inquiries relating to this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) shall be submitted no later than October 6, 2022, to the Community Development Department Assistant, Shelley Stevens, via email at sstevens@westminster-ca.gov. The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time.
