Consultant shall perform a feasibility study consistent with recreational facility industry standards which specifically includes: Recommendations to determine the best utilization of the Saline Rec Center, inclusive of its facilities, assets, and staffing capabilities Identification of opportunities to utilize space more effectively Preparation of conceptual designs to enhance/expand building use Recommendations on enhanced functionality and amenities of the facility Identification of opportunities to expanded services and revenue potential Recommendations on models for funding future operations and capital projects Recommendations on energy savings measures with particular attention to those which may improve operational efficiency and overhead costs Ultimately, the study will assist the City of Saline in determining the best use of the Saline Rec Center while prioritizing the needs of its members and program participants Question Acceptance Deadline 10/07/2022 12:00 PM EDT Questions are submitted online No The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time.
