The City of Casper, Wyoming (hereinafter referred to as City) is seeking qualification statements and service proposals from individuals and/or organizations (hereinafter referred to as Vendor) specializing in the design and installation of door access control equipment that will include controllers, card readers, request to exit and door retrofit. The proposals should be designed to provide the City with a clear understanding of the itemized costs for materials and performing the service being solicited. The City is pursuing the enhancement of security and safety through door access control at its 5 fire stations. The goal is to secure door access and to allow more control over the existing doors; therefore, the City is soliciting proposals from qualified vendors to evaluate, design, supply and install door access control equipment The City of Casper is seeking to improve security with door access control at its fire stations. In order to attain this goal, the City is soliciting experts to evaluate, design and install door access control equipment that includes clearly defined components, deliverables, costs, and timelines. Vendor shall provide expertise on hardware to be added to the doors based on door counts provided by the City. Agreement Execution 11/22/22 Project Completion 6/19/23 The City of Casper reserves the right to accept, reject, or request changes in proposals. The City is not liable for any costs incurred by the consultant prior to contract issuance.
