City-wide Landscape Maintenance Services Project All Landscape Maintenance contract services shall be provided on a weekly basis starting January 1, 2023, Monday through Friday, excluding major Holidays, determined by the City prior to commencement of the contract, at all locations specified in the Scope of Work unless otherwise noted as exceptions. The Landscape Maintenance work will include, but is not limited to, grass cutting, edging, sweeping, weeding, tree pruning and trimming, mulching, aeration and dethatching, fire ant control, irrigation, annual bed planting, trash removal throughout City outdoor areas, and fertilization and weed control. The services to be performed under the Contract shall commence upon execution of the Contract. The initial term of the Contract shall be through December 31, 2023. This Contract shall terminate absolutely and without further obligation on the part of the City on December 31, 2023 and each December 31 of each succeeding and renewed year, as required by O.C.G.A. 36-60-13, as amended, unless terminated earlier in accordance with the provisions of the Contract. Project Intends to Address City-wide Landscaping Maintenance Services for City Parks and Some Roadway Rights-of-way. The Scope of Services Will Include, but Not Limited to, Grass Cutting, Edging, Sweeping, Tree Pruning and Trimming, Mulching, Aeration and Dethatching, Fire Ant Control, Irrigation, Annual Bed Planting, Trash Removal Throughout City Outdoor Areas and Fertilization and Weed Control. City Reserves the Right to Accept or Reject Any and All Proposals and to Waive Any Technicalities or Irregularities Therein. The City Further Reserves the Right to Award the Contract to the Proposer Whose Proposal Best Complies With Requirements.proposers May Not Withdraw Their Proposal for a Period of Ninety (90) Days From the Date Set for the Opening Thereof.
