Presidio Independent School District is requesting competitive sealed proposals for the construction of Multi-Purpose Gym and Weight Room located at corner of Santa Fe Blvd and Second Street, Presidio, Tx. Proposed building consists of a total of 13,021SF. Work land area for this phase will be approximately 33,809.37 SF, including but not limited to parking lot, open areas, dumpster area, concrete sidewalks, ramps, driveway, and access road. Listed below are the proposed areas/rooms for this project: Vestibule (87 SF) Auxiliary Gym with Bleachers (4,700 SF) Lobby (207 SF) Janitors Room (50 SF) Office (192 SF) Storage (373 SF) Girls Restroom (320 SF) Girls Locker (119 SF) Boys Locker (120 SF) Boys Restroom (337 SF) Fire Riser (43SF) Weight Room (3,371 SF) The proposal documents and general information concerning the property, including the Proposal Form, Selection Criteria, Statement of Qualification Form, Scope of Work may be obtained by general contractors only.
