Saving Project...

Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Winnipeg, Manitoba. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

The Work to be done under the Contract shall consist of the Design and Construction of a drain away spray pad complete with associated spray features, paving, site furnishings and landscaping. The major components of the Work are as follows: (a) Design and construction of concrete spray pad with all spray features and all associated fixtures, drains, piping, water service, waste water service connections and all required mechanical and electrical works; (b) Supply and install of new catch basin and LDS connections; (c) Supply and install of concrete paving; (d) Supply and install of unit pavers; (e) Supply and install of welded wire mesh fence; (f) Supply and install of site landscaping; (g) Supply and installation of site furniture; (h) Permitting required for construction. The funds available for this Contract are $933,000.00. Official bid documents must be obtained from www.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform.
