This project includes remodeling an existing vestibule and men's restroom at the Wastewater Treatment Administration Building to create a new single user accessible restroom consisting of a lavatory, water closet, and transfer shower. Work will also include adding laundry connections to an existing storage room. The project includes all common phases of construction customarily associated with this type of project.
