Request for Qualifications - On - Call Facilities Maintenance Contractor Services The intent of this Request for Qualifications ("RFQ" or "Solicitation") is to provide On-Call Facilities Maintenance Contractor Services (the "Services) at the Prince George's Community College in Largo, Maryland. Interested and qualified firms are requested to provide proposals in accordance with the category disciplines, statement of work, and specifications as provided in this Solicitation. The College anticipates awarding multiple vendors for this solicitation. Upon the College's need, the College may contact the awarded vendor/s for additional proposals/quotes for future services. The College anticipates awarding more than one firm; the College may award multiple firms to provide all of partial services. The awarded firms will be issued an initial one (1) year term with four (4) one-year renewal terms the College's sole discretion.
