The project consists of construction of two buildings on two separate sites. A new Public Safety Kitchen where the existing Secondary Roads office is presently located, consisting of demolition, site improvements, and approximately 1,955 square feet of new construction. A new Secondary Roads Office building located on the Secondary Roads Shop property located at the V-66 - I-80 interchange (2202 M Ave., Williamsburg), consisting of site improvements and approximately 3,600 square feet of new construction. Owner will issue an authorization letter and tax exemption certificate to the contractor and/or subcontractors for the purchase or use of building materials, supplies, and equipment to be used on this project only.
