The purpose of this IFB is to solicit bids from qualified bidders to establish one or more term contract(s) to furnish and deliver Sodium Hypochlorite for water treatment purposes. Questions must be emailed to the Contracts Officer listed below. The subject line must include IFB #23-008-5040- SB or your question(s) may not be received and answered in a timely manner. The County is not responsible for verbal clarification of information provided by parties other than staff of the Procurement Division. The Procurement Office is located on the first floor, Room 175. It is the responsibility of the Bidder (not the County) to ensure bids are delivered to the specified location by the date and time noted above. Bidders are strongly encouraged to plan accordingly to ensure bids are received on time. The purpose of this Invitation for Bid (IFB) is to solicit bids from qualified bidders to establish one or more term contract(s) to furnish and deliver Sodium Hypochlorite for Water treatment purposes referenced in Appendix A (Chemical Requirements) for the Stafford County Utilities Division ("Department") . Any awarded contract(s) shall be in place for one (1) year from the date of award and shall have the option to be renewed for five (5) additional one-year renewal years. Refer to Section 11c. for allowable pricing adjustments.
