Demolition and site work for a residential development in Prince Albert, Saskatchewan. Completed plans call for the demolition of a residential development; and for site work for a residential development.
The City is requesting Bidders to provide pricing for the following: The demolition of a house at 1862 - 13 Street West. All debris, material, and concrete foundation on site must be removed. All building debris is to be hauled to the City landfill, standard features included in the pricing. Separate pricing for all optional features listed must be provided in accordance with the Terms and Conditions of this Tender. All respondents must register on the City's electronic bidding system at vendorpanel.ca/citypa/tenders. All questions regarding this Tender should be directed through the Vendor Panel software.
