Site work and renovation of a mixed-use development in Ocean City, Maryland. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility; and for site work for a water / sewer project.

This project consists of the Contractor providing all labor, equipment, materials, supplies, insurance, etc., necessary to remove and replace an existing well pump, pressure tank and hot water heater. And provide a new water purifying system, for the NRP Boathouse at the Marine Terminal. The proposed project shall include but is not limited to the following : Properly remove and dispose of old well pump, steel pressure tank and hot water heater. Remove existing electrical lines and copper tubing from existing well pump, pressure tank and hot water heater. Remove and replace panel box and safety switch. Install new pump and pressure tank with new plumbing and electric to meet code requirements. Install a new water softener system and hot water heater. Provide an approved electrical inspection certificate from a non-governmental inspection agency approved by the State Fire Marshall office. Clean up and dispose all construction materials off State property. Leave entire work site in broom swept condition. The Contractor agrees that the price will be firm for a time period of ninety (90) calendar days from the bid opening date to execution of the contract by the State. The work shall be completed within 60 calendar days from the date of notice to proceed.
