Renovation of a municipal facility in Raleigh, North Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Providing labor, material and equipment entering into the construction of Wake County Office Building - Mezzanine and 2nd Floor, located in Raleigh, NC. The work generally consists of an interior fit-up of the mezzanine and 2nd floor of the Wake County Office Building. The scope will include plumbing, mechanical, fire protection, and electrical installation as well as partitions and other interior components. Incidental demolition is included in the scope of work. Wake County provides minorities and women equal opportunity to participate in all aspects of its construction program consistent with NCGS 143-8. Bidders shall comply with the requirements of the Wake County Minority Business Enterprise Program, as outlined in Section 00 5500 of the Project Manual. No bid may be withdrawn for sixty (60) days after the scheduled closing time for bids. Questions or substitution requests should be directed to the architect, Eric Sowers, at eric@huffmanarch.com. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive informalities.
