TO SOUTHERLY END), 10TH STREET (CENTRAL AVE TO BARNEGAT AVE) AND 2022 BOROUGH UTILITY REPLACEMENT PROJECT SHORE AVENUE: The project includes approximately 1086 tons of hot mix asphalt top course, 4220 SY milling, 4474 SY DGA base course, 430 tons intermediate (leveling) course paving and 1148 tons of base course paving, 1345 LF concrete curb, 172 LF of 12-inch HDPE pipe, five (5) Type "A" inlets, five (5) Type "B" Inlets, 383 LF 8-inch PVC SDR26 sanitary sewer, three (3) four foot diameter manhole, 175 LF 4-inch laterals, 730 LF 8-inch Ductile Iron Class 52 water main, 140 LF 1-inch water services, all restoration including road restriping, driveway, stone and landscaping. A BID BOND drawn to the order of the Borough of Ship Bottom in an amount equal to ten (10%) percent of the amount of the Bid, but no more than $20,000.00, must be submitted with the proposal as BID SECURITY, pursuant to Local Public Contract Law (LPC) 40A:11-21. Bids may be submitted by mail or in person at any time prior to the time for receiving and opening the same. Bidders are required to comply with N.J.S.A 10:5-31 et seq. and N.J.A.C.. 17:27.
