RIAC is seeking proposals from qualified firms that have demonstrated experience in providing the highest quality on-call information technology (IT) consulting services to supplement and augment RIAC's IT department. RIAC will review submitted proposals and determine those best suited to meet its needs. Firm(s) will proceed with work under the attached Professional Services Agreement (PSA) contract only after being issued an executed Task Order. The Rhode Island Airport Corporation (RIAC) is seeking requesting proposals from qualified firms to provide professional information technology (IT) services. Questions concerning this RFQ should be directed, via email, to procurementpvdairport.com no later 2:00PM EDT, October 13, 2022. RIAC will respond to all relevant questions no later than end of day, October 27, 2022. via addendum. The term of the PSA will be for five (5) Years at the sole discretion of RIAC. The agreement is expected to commence on December 15, 2022. RIAC accepts no financial responsibility for any costs incurred by a firm in responding to this RFQ, participating in oral presentations, or meeting with RIAC prior to being awarded the contract. RIAC reserves the right to waive any irregularities and technical defects. RIAC reserves the right to modify, amend or waive any provision of this RFQ, prior to the issuance of a contract for the consulting services. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
