Saving Project...

Site work, paving and outdoor lighting for a mixed-use development in Prescott Valley, Arizona. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; for outdoor lighting for a sidewalk / parking lot; playground / park / athletic field; and playground / park / athletic field.

The work consists primarily of providing Improvements to Sunflower Park, with the base bid including new 6' ADA sidewalk, trenching and installing 3" PVC electrical conduit, and clearing/grubbing, setting subgrade and paving additional space for expansion of the parking lot. Two bid alternates are present on this project, one being the installation of parking lot and landscape curb, the other alternate being the procurement and installation of LED solar parking lot lights (location to be determined after execution of contract). A design concept for the improvements is attached within this document. The Town of Prescott Valley reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids. Each bid must be accompanied by a certified check, cashier's check or surety bond for ten percent of the amount of the bid as a guarantee that the successful bidder will enter into a contract.
