Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Victoria, British Columbia. Design plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
The District of Saanich is undertaking a transportation infrastructure upgrade project on Iona Drive (from Cedar Hill Cross Road to Broadmead Avenue), Broadmead Avenue (from Iona Drive to Kremlin Street) and Kremlin Street to provide active transportation improvements. Improvements may include construction of sidewalks, curb letdowns and extensions with associated curb and gutter, pavement restoration, boulevard improvements, drainage improvements and bicycle priority improvements on Iona Drive, Broadmead Avenue and Kremlin Street. TIMELINE: Plans are complete. Tender timeline is pending budget approval. Further update in summer, 2025.
