This steel siding project calls for the removal and replacement of the bottom of the building siding (height to be determined). This includes the installation of approximately 580 feet each of rat guard bottom trim, "J" channel and weather cap where the old steel siding meets the new, corner trims and any framework to secure the steel siding in place. The City realizes that getting steel to match the color and rib pattern may be impossible so it will accept a coordinating color for the new steel siding. Repair or replace all downspouts on main building. Replace damaged trims and repair holes in other public Works buildings. Successful bidder must follow all state and local codes, OSHA safety requirements, industry best practice standards and EPA regulations on this project. Along with the manufacture warranties, the successful bidder will provide at least a one year workmanship warranty.
