This project consists of the ground-up construction a new 4,800 sqft. building for a new Stadium Facility at Salisbury R-IV High School. The new Facility will include concessions, restrooms, storge area, and a patio area. the building will be a Pre-Engineered Steel Building mwith metal wall and roof panels. Interior walls will be metal stud framing. The site work includes grading, concrete walks, parking, and extensions of the existing sewer, water, and electric services. There will be some related site work, including concrete walks, parking and grading. The Salisbury R-IV School District reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informality or technicality therein. 5% Bid Bond required; 100% Performance and Material Payment Bond required of the Contractor awarded the work.
