Renovation of a multi-residential development in Toronto, Ontario. Completed plans call for the renovation of a multi-residential development.
The intent of the State of Good Repair (SOGR) program is to efficiently complete in-suite repairs, in communities where a high volume of repair needs have been identified within tenant's units. The project scope includes, but is not limited to: - full kitchen replacement; - partial kitchen replacement; - cabinet repairs; - bathroom repairs; - bathroom renovations; - plumbing fixture replacements; - in-suite shut-off valve replacements; - wall repairs; - door repairs/replacement; - flooring upgrades/ repairs; - painting of assigned areas; - plaster /drywall repairs; and - minor electrical repairs/replacements A detailed scope of work for each unit participating in the program has been provided. All assigned work is to be completed in accordance with Appendix A - Scope of Work and Specifications. Toronto Community Housing Corporation (TCHC) is seeking Vendor(s) for the provision of bulk general repair services at the following 2 locations: - approximately 34 units within the 2585 Jane Street community in Toronto (Dev. #11); and - approximately 67 units within Griggs Manor II (98 Cavell Avenue, Etobicoke) community in Toronto (Dev. #194). Proponents may bid on one or all locations. TCHC will be awarding each location independently to the lowest priced Proposal. This work is categorized as State of Good Repairs. The work is to start approximately January 10, 2023 and each project is to be completed within 16 weeks.
