This Request for Proposals (the "RFP") is an invitation by the Coordinating Entity to prospective proponents to submit proposals for Medical Gas Piping Maintenance, Installation, and Renovation Services for Health Sciences Centre as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix D) (the "Deliverables"). The Coordinating Entity, as identified on the cover page, is issuing this RFP and administering the RFP process on behalf of the Purchaser(s) identified in Section B - Material Disclosures of the RFP Particulars (Appendix D). The purpose of this RFP is to secure one Supplier to provide medical gas piping maintenance, installation, and renovation services at the Purchaser's request. The scope of this RFP includes services funded through regular operating and budgeted funds. Services that are funded by Manitoba Health and Seniors Care Safety & Security funding, insurance claims, projects using external funds (i.e. donations) that have specified restrictions, and Capital Planning projects may also fall under the scope of this RFP at the request of the Purchaser; however, the Purchaser reserves the right to use alternate suppliers, get competitive quotes, or publicly post competitive tenders for this work. The term of the agreement is to be for a period of three (3) years, with an option in favour of the Purchaser to extend the agreement on the same terms and conditions for one (1) optional two (2) year term. The estimated contract period will be 36 month(s), with a proposed start date of 2023/02/01.
