The Cherokee Nation is seeking bids for the Mud Valley Road Project CN-0902/0938-13. Located in Cherokee County3 This project is grading, drainage and surfacing of 4.63 miles of an existing paved county road. Surfacing will consist of 22' wide asphalt roadway and 3' paved shoulders for total of 28' The Cherokee Nation is seeking bids for the Mud Valley Road Project CN-0902/0938-13. Located in Cherokee County, this project is 4.63 miles in length. This project is grading, drainage and surfacing of 4.63 miles of an existing paved county road. Surfacing will consist of 22' wide asphalt roadway and 3' paved shoulders for a total of 28' roadway width. Project will be a Delayed Start Date of: April 3, 2023 and a Fixed Completion Date Contract consisting of: December 23, 2024. (See Part 2, Specifications, subsections 108.02, "Notice to Proceed and Preconstruction Conference", 108.07, "Administration and Extension of Contract Time" and the addition of 108.02 Special Provisions for "Delayed Notice to Proceed" and 108.08 Special Provisions for Incentive /Disincentive. All correspondence and questions regarding this Bid Notice and requests for additional information must be directed in writing to cndot-projects@cherokee.org, no later than 5:00 p.m., October 25, 2022. Bid Bond:5% Performance Bond: 100% Payment Bond: 100% Maintenance Bond: 100% Liquidated Damage: $5000 per Calendar Days
