To provide professional services for the Office of Alternative Delivery and Office of Express Lanes on project specific Right of Way (ROW) Acquisition Services contracts as shown in the table below. Scope of work anticipated may include, but not limited to, Right of Way (ROW) Project Management, Preliminary ROW Cost Estimate, Assist with ROW Plan Development, Pre-Acquisition Services, Valuation Services, Relocation Assistance, Acquisition Services, and Property Management Services The purpose of the PNA is to inform the Consultant community of the upcoming RFP opportunity. Full scope of work, instructions and requirements for the upcoming RFP are to be posted as indicated below in the anticipated schedule*. No questions or submittals are due during the PNA. GDOT reserves the right to modify this schedule at any time in its sole discretion. A Virtual Industry Forum meeting will be conducted for these projects at the date, and time noted above. At this meeting the Department will provide information about the projects delivery goals, anticipated scope, and schedule. Participants will be allowed the opportunity to ask questions during this meeting; however, any information provided by Department shall be considered as informational only and is subject to change. From the advertisement date of this Public Notice Announcement, through the posting of the RFP, until successful respondents are selected and the award is made official and announced, firms are not allowed to communicate about this PNA/RFP Solicitation or scope with any staff of GDOT including the Commissioner and GDOT Board Members, except for the submission of questions as instructed in the upcoming Request for Proposals, with the contact designated in the PNA/RFP or as provided by any existing work agreement(s). For violation of this provision, GDOT reserves the right to reject the submittal of the offending respondent. the link for the Zoom meeting.
