Martin County Fiscal Court is now accepting sealed bids for the following: GRAVEL (a) Size 610's, price per ton (b) Size 57's, price per ton (c) Size 8's, price per ton (d) Size 2's, price per ton (e) Dense grade, price per ton (f) Surge rock, price per ton (g) Class two, price per ton (h) Class three, price per ton (I) Rip rap, price per ton (j) Class III Sand, price per ton Quote prices as follows: (a) gravel plus delivery to County Garage Lot at Inez, Kentucky Bids shall be valid for one year from date of acceptance. All noncomplying bids will be disqualified. Bids must be signed. Bids should be enclosed in a sealed envelope marked for its purpose. The envelope should bear on the outside the Bidder's name and address. Martin County Fiscal Court reserves the right to reject any and/or all bids and to select the bid best suited to its needs. The award shall be made on the basis of lowest and best bid. 40b
