Site work and new construction of an educational facility in Wainfleet, Ontario. Completed plans call for the construction of a 66,304-square-foot, two-story above grade educational facility; and for site work for a educational facility.
The following General Contractors have been pre-qualified by the Owner through RFSQ#22046 to submit a Tender for this Project. Only those General Contractors which have been pre-qualified may provide bids on this project. The work is to include construction of a new elementary school and associated site works having an area of approximately 6160 m2 (66,304 sq.ft.) all in accordance with the Contract Documents. The completion schedule is such that the Owner requires the Contractor achieve Substantial Performance of the Work no later than July 1, 2024 and to achieve Total Completion no later than August 15, 2024. Mechanical, Electrical, Sheet Metal, Millwork, Roofing and Data Cabling sub-contractors are also pre-qualified. Last day for submission of questions: 5:00 pm on Friday October 28, 2022
