Tappan Marina Building Emergency Generator Improvements Project tasks include: 1. Perform electrical demolition as needed to complete the work 2. Install a new 100A critical load breaker panel 3. Transfer specified circuits to existing and new critical load breaker panels 4. Install two new 200A automatic transfer switches 5. Install new 150 KW stationary emergency generator with integral diesel fuel tank and enclosure. 6. Generator will be mounted on reinforced concrete slab foundation with a wooden fence enclosure with access gates. 7. Provide all necessary power conduit/conductors to make system functional 8. Provide all necessary control conduits/signal cables to convey generator status I/O to existing SCADA RTU 9. Install impact protection bollards (where necessary) 10. Disturbed lawn areas at foundation excavation and where conduit trenches are open cut will be graded, seeded and mulched. Existing walks and pavements, if disturbed by excavations/trenching, will be restored to pre-existing conditions. The MWCD reserves the right to reject any and all bids, or to increase, to decrease or omit any item or items and/ or to award to the lowest and most responsible, responsive bidder. The MWCD also reserves the right to waive any informalities or irregularities in the Bid received. The Work will be substantially completed within 365 calendar days ; final completion- 395 calendar days of Notice to Proceed.
