The Philadelphia Housing Development Corporation (PHDC), on behalf of the Philadelphia Land Bank (Land Bank), is soliciting proposals from developers to acquire and develop nine (9) parcels located in Philadelphia's Grays Ferry neighborhood for affordable homeownership in accordance with this Request for Proposals (RFP). This RFP is aligned with Philadelphia's Neighborhood Preservation Initiative / Turn the Key Program which targets future buyers of the affordable housing developed by this RFP and will help reduce purchase prices for buyers. Buyers seeking these units will be eligible to apply to the program. Section III below specifies this RFPs income requirements for potential homebuyers.
