Site work for a civil project in Rochester Hills, Michigan. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel.
This project currently has 1 Addendum on it, to obtain these please contact the Owner Directly. Oakland Universitys Facilities Management Department is seeking companies to restore and repair the OU Main Campus Golf Course Bridges and Culverts. The three projects are separate, but there is an alternate for deduction in B-14 project if the contractor got B-11 and B-14 together. C-16 is a completely separate project. The importance is B-14, B-11 then C16. OU reserves the right to award more than one firm. Construction for Bridge B-11 and B-14 shall begin ASAP. Achieve Substantial Completion (ready for Owners occupancy) by April 30, 2023. The culvert C16 Achieve Substantial Completion (ready for Owners occupancy) by June 5, 2023.
